What We’re Looking For

Experienced Sales Leader – Minimum 2 years of dealership leadership (GSM, GSM-in-training, or strong desk manager ready for the next step).

Proven Track Record – Success in hitting volume, gross, and PVR objectives.

Team Builder – Ability to recruit, coach, and hold salespeople accountable.

Process Driven – Knows how to run an effective sales desk, manage inventory, and work hand-in-hand with the F&I team.

Digital Savvy – Comfortable with CRM, lead management, and modern marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Drive sales and profitability across all departments.

Train, develop, and motivate the sales team daily.

Partner with the GM on forecasting, advertising, and strategic initiatives.

Ensure an elite customer experience from meet-and-greet to delivery.
